USC Admissions and Financial Aid Site
The WYSIWYG editor makes it very easy for non-experts to add, change and delete content. Also, the logical organizational hierarchy makes content building and maintenance a snap.

Challenge
It was difficult to find specific information on USC's undergraduate admissions Web site, and the site did not adequately convey the attributes that set USC apart from other top-ranked universities. It was summer of 2002, and USC wanted a new site before the fall recruitment season began.
Solution
Based on the success of USC's Preparing for College Web Site, USC selected The Igneous Group's IGXEC platform as the base upon which to build the new Admissions and Financial Aid Web site. USC teamed with GlassCanopy, a marketing consulting firm, for the site graphic design and information architecture.
From our perspective, Igneous was the perfect partner.
Their IGXEC system was an excellent base on which to build a site and gave us the ability to provide the end client with a highly flexible, fully dynamic site that has WYSIWYG editing and integrated security built in-- without the compromises one usually associates with similar systems. Furthermore, the Igneous team was highly responsive and sensitive to our design needs... in a couple of cases, there were features that we wanted to be able to provide that weren't already built into the system. We discussed the issues with Igneous, and they added the features into the software...sometimes within hours!

Results
In less than three months, Igneous and GlassCanopy delivered a site that completely reorganized and integrated USC's admissions and financial aid information.
