USC Recruitment Plus
Challenge
Recruitment Plus is a customer relationship management system developed specifically for university admissions. USC had been working unsuccessfully for two years to implement the system and integrate it with their student information system.
Solution
Having worked with The Igneous Group on several successful projects in the past, USC asked Igneous to manage the Recruitment Plus deployment and integration process. Within a few weeks of our involvement, workable compromises to the issues that had been preventing integration were in place. We helped specify and configure the information technology components needed for the installation. By the fall recruiting season, all pieces were in place and the office of admissions was up and running with Recruitment Plus.
Results
With the new tools deployed, the office of admissions produced its best results ever, meeting all targets.
